Welcome to Simmi Travels. By accessing our website, booking a trip, or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully before making a booking. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not proceed with your booking.
Booking Confirmation: A booking is considered confirmed only when we receive the required deposit and send you a formal written confirmation/invoice.
Deposits: A non-refundable deposit of [e.g., 20% or Fixed Amount] is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
Final Payment: Full payment is due [e.g., 30 days] prior to the departure date. If full payment is not received by this deadline, Simmi Travels reserves the right to cancel the booking and forfeit the deposit.
Last-Minute Bookings: Bookings made within [e.g., 15 days] of travel require full payment immediately.
Price Changes: Prices are subject to change without notice due to currency fluctuations, fuel surcharges, or vendor price hikes until full payment is received.
Exclusions: Unless explicitly stated, our prices do not include travel insurance, visa fees, excess baggage charges, gratuities/tips, personal expenses, or meals not listed in the itinerary.
If you wish to cancel your booking, you must notify us in writing via email. Cancellation charges will apply based on the date we receive your written notice:

Note: Refunds for flight tickets are subject to the specific airline's cancellation policy, which is separate from Simmi Travels' service fees.
Changes by You: If you wish to make changes to your itinerary after confirmation, an administrative fee of [Insert Amount] plus any difference in cost imposed by suppliers will apply.
Changes by Us: We reserve the right to modify itineraries due to operational reasons, weather conditions, or safety concerns. In such cases, we will provide comparable alternatives.
Passports & Visas: It is the sole responsibility of the traveler to ensure their passport is valid for at least 6 months beyond the travel date and to obtain all necessary visas and entry permits. Simmi Travels is not liable for entry refusals.
Health: Travelers must satisfy all health requirements for their destination, including vaccinations (e.g., Yellow Fever, COVID-19).
We strongly recommend that you purchase comprehensive travel insurance at the time of booking. This should cover trip cancellation, medical emergencies, lost luggage, and repatriation. Simmi Travels is not responsible for losses that could have been covered by insurance.
Simmi Travels acts solely as an agent for third-party suppliers (airlines, hotels, transport operators, tour guides).
We are not liable for the acts, errors, omissions, representations, warranties, breaches, or negligence of any such suppliers.
We are not liable for any personal injury, death, property damage, or other damages resulting from the services provided by third-party suppliers.
