• International Airfare: The cost of flight tickets to and from your home country to Toronto (YYZ) is not included. We recommend booking flights well in advance to secure the best rates.
• Visa & Immigration Fees: Costs associated with obtaining a Canadian Visitor Visa or Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA) are the sole responsibility of the traveler.
• Travel Insurance: Comprehensive travel insurance covering medical emergencies, trip cancellations, lost luggage, and flight delays is mandatory but must be purchased independently.
• Personal Meals & Beverages: Lunch and dinner (except the specific Welcome Dinner mentioned in Inclusions) are at your own expense. Toronto is a culinary capital, and we want you to have the freedom to choose between street food, cafes, or fine dining.
• Personal Expenses: Any costs of a personal nature, such as laundry services, telephone calls, mini-bar usage in the hotel room, porterage at airports/hotels, and souvenir shopping.
• Optional Tours: Any "Extra Activities" listed in the itinerary (such as the Helicopter Ride over Niagara Falls or a Broadway show ticket) are add-ons and will incur an additional charge.
• Gratuities (Tips): Tipping is customary in Canada (typically 15-20% for service staff). Tips for your tour guide and driver are not included in the package cost and are at your discretion based on service quality.

4. Booking/Cancellation and Payment Terms

• Initial Deposit: A non-refundable booking deposit of 25% of the total package value is required at the time of confirmation to secure hotel rooms and transport logistics.
• Second Installment: An additional 25% is due 60 days prior to the departure date.
• Final Payment: The remaining 50% balance must be cleared no later than 30 days prior to the travel date. Failure to pay by the deadline may result in the automatic cancellation of your booking and forfeiture of the deposit.

• More than 60 Days prior: If you cancel more than 60 days before the trip, you will forfeit only the initial 25% non-refundable deposit.
• 59 to 30 Days prior: Cancellations made within this window will incur a charge of 50% of the total package cost.
• 29 to 15 Days prior: Cancellations made within this window will incur a charge of 75% of the total package cost.
• Less than 14 Days or No-Show: Cancellations made less than two weeks before travel, or failure to arrive for the tour, will result in 100% forfeiture of the total package cost. No refunds will be issued for unused services (e.g., missed meals or sightseeing) during the trip.

5. Important Notes/Visa Document

• Electronic Travel Authorization (eTA): Citizens of visa-exempt countries (e.g., Australia, UK, parts of Europe) must apply for an eTA before flying. This costs $7 CAD and is usually approved within minutes, but can take days.
• Visitor Visa (TRV): Citizens of non-exempt countries (e.g., India, China) must apply for a Temporary Resident Visa. Processing times can vary from 30 to 150 days depending on your local embassy. We strongly advise applying at least 3 months in advance. We can provide a "Visa Invitation Letter" upon receipt of your initial deposit, but the granting of the visa is solely at the discretion of Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC).
